Very clean, modern hotel right on main road in South Bend and close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic. Reviews about breakfast were spot on and we were still surprised by the quality of breakfast and how many options provided. Water pressure was great in the shower. They offer in advance check-in via phone options to make the process when you arrive so smooth and seamless which I appreciated so much. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location is ideal for Notre Dame activities and is close to the South Bend airport. The facilities have the sheen of newness and careful maintenance. We were surprised to find such a clean venue. The lobby includes a spacious leisure area, which means an ambiance for pleasant conversation. Rooms are neat & clean in the details that matter: bathroom, beds, floors, rugs, furnishings. The desk staff was helpful, patient, sympathetic. Friendly engagement and patience in communicating are valuable assets of this facility. We rate this hotel a "ten" for clean, modern facilities, customer focus, and modest pricing.

Our flight was delayed, worked with us and had everything ready when we showed up. Amazing shower, spacious, and the massaging shower head after a full day flying was fabulous! We had a large king room which was very comfortable. Bed was great, pillows were not too hard—moldable—and the towels were fluffy. All the things you want for a hotel stay. Bonus: hubby got down there late, but they let him in to grab breakfast to take up to the room. Fairly decent selection of protein options.

The hotel lobby was clean, organized, and smelled great. My family arrived late in the evening on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean, the shower was nice and hot. The pool area was clean and well heated. The breakfast was nice; my kids and I had fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, and sausage. There were other items such as cereal, bagels, pastries, toast, and eggs. The breakfast attendant was nice enough to put out more sausage for my mother after breakfast time had technically ended. The pool water was not too cold. We had an all-around pleasant experience.

Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower which had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and handy soap & shampoo dispensers. Plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries and also lots of space in the room to set luggage. Good lighting in the room and there was a chair in addition to the one at the desk which was convenient for two people. Easy parking. Reasonable price. Martina at check-in was welcoming and efficient.

We stayed twice on the front end and back end of the trip. The first time was excellent. The rooms are nice, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The first room was a king and it had light canceling curtains. The second room, was a suite. It was larger, had a sofa area, two televisions, and a desk. Also, very clean and comfortable- the only issue was the curtains were light gray but sheer. The staff were very helpful and the area was safe and quiet.

The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and priced reasonably. Although I did not use the gym and pool, I viewed both, and they seemed nice. The breakfast was okay. Overall, my experience with the hotel was a positive one, and I would stay there again.

Easy location, plenty of parking. Friendly desk staff. Room was clean, no bugs, no smells. Everything worked (that I used anyway. Didn’t spend much time there as I was in the area for a late concert.). Smoother elevators than most hotels I’ve been in. There was a refundable damage deposit, but they were clear about it in the booking. (A different hotel expected me to come up with an extra $100 on the spot with no notice.)

The location is excellent, ready access to main roads and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is basic but very good quality and the hot food is kept up so that it doesn't get cold. Coffee is available 24 hours a day from a fresh brew system in the breakfast area. Everyone on the staff that I met was polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. Parking is plentiful and the grounds are very well kept. A bonus for old people like me is that the floor of the shower is textured to minimize the chance of slips and falls.
